Tow Truck Dubai

Right Equipment, Right Operator, Dispatched Fast

Your car is stopped. You’re on the hard shoulder of Sheikh Zayed Road, or in a basement parking in DIFC, or stuck off-road near Al Qudra with no mobile signal until now. What you need at this point isn’t a promise — it’s the right truck moving toward you.

We operate our own fleet across Dubai. When you call, we ask two things: where you are and what you’re driving. Everything else — which unit to send, what equipment it carries, how long it takes — we handle from there.

How Dispatch Works — From Your Call to Truck Arrival

Five steps from your call to vehicle delivered. No gaps, no guesswork, no surprises at the end.

01

You call or WhatsApp

An operator answers directly. No IVR, no queue, no chatbot. You tell us where you are and what you’re driving.

02

We identify the right unit

Vehicle type, drivetrain, your location, and road access determine which truck goes. We make this decision on the call — not when the driver arrives and realises the wrong equipment showed up.

03

Truck dispatched with your details confirmed

You get an estimated arrival time. Central Dubai areas — Business Bay, Deira, Karama, Marina, Tecom — typically 20 to 30 minutes. Outer areas like Arabian Ranches, Dubai South, or the Hatta road expect 35 to 50 minutes. We give you the real number.

04

Driver arrives and inspects before loading

Transmission type, wheel lock, existing condition noted. If anything needs documenting for insurance, it’s done here — not later.

05

Delivered and signed off

Drop-off confirmed before we move: workshop, dealership, or your preferred location. Condition documented at both ends.

Which Tow Truck Does Your Situation Actually Need?

Most callers don’t know the difference between a flatbed and a wrecker — and they shouldn’t have to. We ask the right questions and dispatch accordingly. Here’s what we run and when each one is the right call.

Hydraulic Flatbed Truck

The standard unit for most jobs. Your vehicle rides on the bed — all four wheels off the ground, zero stress on the drivetrain. This is what we send for sedans, SUVs, AWD vehicles, and every electric vehicle without exception. Also the only correct option for low-clearance cars — a Porsche or modified vehicle dragged by the axle causes damage before it reaches the workshop.

Typical calls: breakdown on Al Khail Road, post-accident transport from Jumeirah, EV moved to a service centre in Al Quoz, inter-emirate delivery to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah.

Recovery Wrecker

A different machine for a different problem. When a vehicle has rolled, gone off the carriageway, or is in a position it can’t be loaded from normally — the wrecker handles extraction first, then transport. Carries a boom crane and winch system rated for serious recovery work on the E311, the E611 corridor, and accident scenes where the flatbed physically can’t load.

Typical calls: rollover on Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, vehicle that’s gone into a barrier on Dubai-Al Ain Road, heavy vehicle recovery in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Motorcycle Carrier

Not a flatbed with a ramp dragged out at the roadside. A purpose-built unit — front wheel chock, four-point tie-down, enclosed loading. Bikes get their own vehicle because a general flatbed doesn’t secure a motorcycle correctly, regardless of what anyone tells you at the scene.

Typical calls: bike broken down in Motor City or Dubai Sports City, scooter that won’t start in JBR, touring bike that needs moving after an incident on Al Rebat Street.

Desert and Off-Road Recovery Unit

Fitted as standard with kinetic recovery ropes, snatch blocks, MaxTrax boards, a hi-lift jack, and a portable compressor. We don’t load this gear after the call — it’s on the truck before we leave. Used regularly around Al Qudra, the Lahbab dunes, and the Hatta road corridor where a standard tow truck is the wrong tool entirely.

Send your GPS coordinates when you call. That’s all we need.

A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Call

We don't subcontract

The driver who shows up works for us. No third-party coordination, no delays from sourcing a truck from somewhere else.

Insurance is handled at the scene

We work with AXA, RSA, Salama, Orient Insurance, Al Fujairah National, and most other active UAE providers. If you have roadside coverage, tell us when you call. We complete the documentation on-site.

The price quoted is the price charged

No difference between daytime and night calls, weekdays and weekends, or standard days and public holidays. The same rate applies on Eid as it does on a Tuesday afternoon.

RTA-compliant fleet

All vehicles are registered and maintained to RTA standards. Relevant for insurance claims and for anything involving Dubai Police at the scene.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which tow truck to ask for?
You don’t need to know. Tell us the vehicle make, model, and whether it’s an automatic or manual. We’ll determine what to send. If it’s an EV, AWD, or a vehicle that can’t have its drive wheels on the ground during transport, we already know that going into the call.
Can a tow truck reach me on a Dubai highway hard shoulder safely?
Yes. Hard-shoulder recovery is a routine job for us. When you’re stopped on Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road, or Al Khail Road, keep your hazard lights on, place your warning triangle, and stay behind the barrier if it’s safe. We coordinate with RTA and Dubai Police at the scene if required.
What if my vehicle is in basement parking and the ramp is too steep?
We’ve handled this regularly — Business Bay towers, DIFC, Deira buildings with tight underground access. The hydraulic flatbed can angle low enough to load from most basement levels. If the geometry is particularly awkward, we’ll assess on the call and send the right equipment upfront.
Is there anything a tow truck can't fix at the roadside?
If the problem is a flat tyre with no spare, a dead battery, or a minor fuel issue — we carry equipment for roadside fixes on our assistance vehicles. If it can be resolved without a tow, we’ll resolve it there. The tow truck goes out when the vehicle genuinely needs to move.
Do you transport vehicles between workshops in Dubai?
Yes, workshop-to-workshop transfers are a regular part of what we do — particularly in Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor, and the Jebel Ali industrial zone. Call to arrange.
What should I do while waiting for the tow truck?
Switch on hazard lights immediately. On a highway, move behind the barrier if it is safe — do not stand behind the vehicle. Place a warning triangle behind the car at a safe distance; RTA requires this on Dubai roads. Keep the car in neutral with the handbrake on if you are on a slope. Stay on the line with us — we will give you ETA updates as the driver closes in.
